Pindex Procedure Usage

This laboratory model dental kit is perfectly suited for use with a pindex machine. Reference workflow involves:

1. Model Preparation: Your stone model is trimmed and its base is flattened.
2. Pindex Drilling: Using the pindex machine (often with laser guidance), precise holes are drilled into the base of the stone model.
3. Pin Placement: Pins are inserted into the drilled holes.
4. Plate Attachment: The premium disposable plate is secured to the base of the pinned stone model, often with a small amount of adhesive or quick-setting plaster to ensure stability.
5. Creating the Sectional Model: The model is then carefully cut with a saw to create individual dies, each attached to pins seated in the disposable plate.
6. Integrating the Magnetic System: The magnetic secondary plate is used as the base where the disposable plate with the pinned dies will sit. The magnetic attraction holds the sectional model securely in place while allowing for easy removal of individual dies.
